Marco Brioschi – trumpeter
Marco Brioschi has his own personal, instinctive style. Even though he says he’s not inspired by Chet Baker, but by Miles Davis, Freddy Hubbard and Wayne Shorter, he reminds one of that great white trumpet player for his range and the tone-color he uses. His clean and clear sound is expressive and suggestive not only on the trumpet, but also on the flugelhorn. It makes him a poetic interpreter of music who expresses himself in the Bebop Hardbop repertoire.
